I don't know how many of you still follow the page regularly. But you know my passion is trading card design. I have been doing it since I was a teenager. So for over 30 YEARS. However, my passion for that has slowly faded this year. Recently I thought I had my big break when LEAF Trading Cards put out a tweet about hiring new designers. Well, the rabid fanbase that I have bombarded the tweet with tagging me. My followers wanted me to have this gig so bad considering how much work I put into this. They actually did contact me and really liked the samples I sent them. They wanted to gauge my interest and see how my skills translated to their brand. So they sent me a test card. A base autograph card of Trevor Lawrence. It seemed I failed the test. As after the edits I made to the card I did, I was basically hit with the dreaded "Don't call us. We'll call you".
